With so many short sales and bank owned properties available, it is hard to find reason not to invest in real estate right now. For my investors, I've set up a search for all short sale and bank owned properties on the market in Pierce County, Washington. A few times a week I personally search through the properties available and choose one to feature as the INVESTOR'S SPECIAL!
