My listing hasn't sold in 90 days. We have had a number of agents (on tour) that said it was immaculate and priced well, but not a whole lot of showings. One agent scheduled a showing and didn't show up. Turned out she couldn't find it.
So, I'm thinking maybe this great location is just not well known and buyers are missing out on an opportunity to buy a home in a location that misses Meridian traffic, 94th traffic, is one minute from the freeway, a drop down the hill to the commuter train, and easy access to Tacoma.
