My husband stopped at Einstein Bagels for lunch and brought home a special bagel for our golden retriever, Rocky.  It was a dog bagel.  It was very hard and beef flavored. 

Rocky didn’t know what to do with it at first.  He doesn’t get human food and certainly has never enjoyed a bagel.

Historically, March is the snowiest month in the Denver Metro Area in Colorado.  With the February we have had, I am hoping we can skip March’s weather and just start enjoying April weather. 
 
So far we have had the second snowiest February of record in Denver with 20.1 inches of snow.  The record going back to 1912 is 22.1 inches in February.  Guess what is in the forecast for the next two days?  Yep, more snow.

I was at a showing with some folks a few weeks ago and the father wanted to know if I had any tools in my car.  I had an old toolbox with some miscellaneous tools that I grabbed from my basement.  He took one look at my selection and said “Oh, never mind.”

This is a question I frequently get from my sellers.  They are frantically trying to get all of their belongings moved and the last thing they want to do is clean their home before turning it over to the buyers.
 
Unless something is specifically stated in the contract, I tell my clients to do the following:
 
            Vacuum the entire home after moving all the furniture out.
 
            Clean the bathrooms including tubs and showers.

Every Thursday in the Denver Post, there is a section called Your Hub.  It has lots of local activities and it includes the weekly Police Blotter.  I always get such a kick out of reading some of these.

Police responded to a report of criminal mischief.  A man called and said that his back pain medication was stolen from his friends Jeep.  He said he could not get his prescription refilled without filing a police report.

We have had more than our share of snow here in Colorado this year, and not just in the mountains.  There are four foot mounds of snow in front of my house which might take till July to melt.

So many times the weather experts predict severe weather in our state and then cancel the warning at the last minute.  The weather is difficult to predict in our Mile High city at times.  This time, they were right on with their predictions.  It started snowing on Thursday night and hasn’t stopped yet.  It is scheduled to taper off later this morning and I am hoping they are 100% correct.
