Southshore is a wonderful neighborhood in Southeast Aurora just South of the Aurora Reservoir. They have easy access to the 8 miles of walking/biking trails around the reservoir and their clubhouse features a salt water infinity pool with incredible views. There are still some brand new homes being built in Southshore ranging in price from the mid $300’s to the low $600’s.
Southshore is designated for the highly acclaimed Cherry Creek School District. Shopping is never a problem with Southlands Shopping Center just minutes away.
