The best time to buy stocks are when the prices are down. Well, rates are down and so are house prices. The national media talks about the housing market slow down. Does that mean you should wait until it's a thriving seller's market to buy? If you're a first-time buyer, now is REALLY the time. If you're selling and then buying, waiting for a market where you can get a higher price for your sale means you're going to pay a higher price when you buy.
