Most of us start our Sarasota real estate search with a price range. It only makes sense, of course. But once you have targeted a few Sarasota area homes of interest, the question becomes
 "What can I get it for?"
The list price is often the Seller's view of what their home is worth, or what they think they want to walk away with. A good starting point, but certainly not the end of the story.
