Luxury Homes for Sale in Sarasota, Florida According to a recent edition of the Herald-Tribune, luxury real estate is selling briskly in Sarasota.  Listing prices on waterfront properties are still much lower than they were before the recession began in 2008, and many seem to think now is the time for buying a home -- before prices increase and available homes decrease.
