I have this really nice townhouse that I have listed.  It has been on the market for 1 1/2 months and the only showing has been the broker walk through!  I have done post cards & real estate magazine advertising and have even posted borchures everywhere I can think of.  My sellers have been great about the whole thing.  At least there is only one other one for sale and it is listed at a higher price.  Time will tell, but I hope it's not too much time!
