Hey all.... Happy end or March! 4 other agents and myself held a company open house on seven of our listings in the same subdivision, on Saturday. Not one buyer came. We did a lot of advertising and promotion of the event. I don't know about where you are, but open houses are not a real big "thing" here. Some of the companies do broker open houses and serve lunch, but not many have "buyer" open houses. This is the 4th open house I have had in the last 6 months that no one has attended.
