perkasie real estate: 4th Quarter and full year 2008 market statistics for the Pennridge School District, Bucks County PA - 01/04/09 02:59 PM
Here are the 4th quarter 2008market statistics for Bedminster Township, East Rockhill Township, Hilltown Township, Perkasie Borough, Selllersville Borough, Silverdale Borough & West Rockhill Township.  These municipalities are all part of the Pennridge School District.  As you can see during the last quarter of 2008 the average sale price was $312,829, 85 homes were sold, and it took approximately 98 days to sell a home. These were all residential resales (no multifamily or commercial listings) and were priced between $100,000 and $1,000,000.

perkasie real estate: 16th year of Perkasie hosting Perkasie Olde Towne, Saturday May 17 - 05/15/08 10:03 AM
This Saturday, Perkasie will be hosting its 16th Olde Town which actually was renamed Hot Ribs Cool Jazz three years ago. You can come out to Perkasie and listen to some Jazz, have some hot ribs and participate in other activities.
Contestants for the ribs will start cooking as early as 7am. Tickets will go on sale at 10am for the rib sampling and the actual sampling will be at 12 noon.
There is also a Cool kids hot spot which will have activities for children between 10am and 4m. Some of the scheduled activities are tie dying, puppet and jewelery … (4 comments)
