Prediction: Only 50 Builders in Business in 2009 - 01/25/09 10:32 PM
In 2008 only 93 bulders in Ada County pulled more than one permit. Here is a breakout of Boise Home Builder and how may permits they pulled first half vs second and total permits in 2008.
Here is a chart that breaks down permit activity in 2008. Here you can view first half vs second half of the year. View Totals at bottom. As you can see second half of 2008 was less then half of first.
