You seea itsa likka this here, working a twoa jobs and the wifa one a job we wanna have a home too that is not  50 miles one way froma work. Butta you no see a homes for the working people no more. Ridiculas $190,000.00 for a first home. Even a townhouses are growing out of reach. more and more people wanting to leave the renting behind have little options. Either you have to uproot the family to live close to work or drive 2hrs . to get to work, and you  never  get to be with your family, eating a 8:30 or later waking up earlier to do it all again. kids needa PaPa and MaMa to set forth a good example to teach them the things they need to learn about life. Family is becoming a weekend thing,but the thing is you may not see them all weekend.

seriously the average working family lives paycheck to paycheck with little or no savings wheather they are trying to make ends meet or save for the future. one bad sick that lands them in the hospital can blow there dreams out the water. supersizing is getting out of hand. we need affordable housing that are good starter homes. they don't need to be 1300 sqr. feet.  what ever happened to good starter homes.

ooh I Now. there gone. bought up by people who expanded on them to price them right out of the range of the people who most need that type of housing.

As a Mortgage Broker I get this several times a week they work so hard to maintain a good credit report but never make enough to qualify for a home and eat too!

Mortgage programs are out there by the hundreds but the market But if your family income is not  40k a year you can pretty much forget it. So that brings us to all the fraud that is picking up in the industry, the foreclousures, and money problems that now affect relationships and families. there is definatly a pattern here.
