It's time Real Estate agents stop shooting themselves in the foot, talking buyers out of homes. Worse yet, not even showing these little jems, strictly based on lengthy market time! Who really cares how long the home has been on the market. It's irrelevant!

These homes are finally priced right, with truely motivated sellers, and are waiting for buyers to scoop them up, with additional incentives or price reductions. Smart buyers, and experienced agents will understand these are some of the best deals around!
