new home construction: It's a Good Thing when you see construction going on... - 09/25/08 09:13 PM

In New Home communities I mean. Our office markets several Builders new home communities and homes just haven't been poping up like in previous months. But lately I have seen it in our communities and several others around the area, which all have new construction homes going up and near completion and ready to purchase. This is definitely a GOOD THING!!! Hope to be selling a few of these in the near future.
Things are looking up...
