I posted an entry today at my other blog about agents getting more creative in a down market. One agent here in Northern Virginia using YouTube to give potential (in this case) renters a full view of not only the apartment for rent, but also a little bit of the neighborhood. The production could be a lot better, but it was only three minutes of my time to get a great feel for what was being offered.
