serious buyers: Open Houses

Do Open Houses really work? With access to listings on line, does the public really need open houses, would it not be better to have the buyers book an appointment to see the home, instead of saying they will wait for the open house, if the only way a buyer could see a house would be through an appointment this would definitely save our time and help us work with serious buyers and not people looking for decorating tips. … (16 comments)
