I've been watching as the housing and mortgage industry has been in "crisis"  It has brought a few questions to mind that I'd like to ask. 
I feel as if Andy Rooney is my muse.

Mike Mueller has inspired me.

In today's economy of rising oil prices, (the per barrel price hit $109 yesterday), people are looking for ways to save money at the gas pump.
Some folks are ecologically minded and have purchased hybrid cars.  Not only are they saving in gas purchases, they are not harming the enviroment through use … (5 comments)

Sequim, WA - Real Estate Snapshot for February - 03/03/08 05:08 PM
Sequim Real Estate has moved steadily through February with some surprising numbers.  Days on Market dropped considerably for both homes and land proving that pricing property is key to a quick sale.  But wait, the List to Sale ratio for land was only 77%.  Makes a person want to go "Hmmmmm".
