Mid Willamette Valley Market Overview Through September 2010
  In the month of September 2010, there were 984 new listings that came on the market and a total of 7468 listings available. In the month of September 2009 there were 1276 new listings that came on the market and a total of 7176 on the market. That is a 4.07% increase in listings available this year over last year at the same time.
  In September 2010, there were 430 closed sales. With that number of closed sales we have approximately 17 months of inventory on the market.
