Another little gem in the online marketing world is RePagesOnline.com. This project started back in 2001. For real estate professionals, this provides an excellent way to help get search engine exposure. Recently their program was expanded to include a bunch of other industries. As this is a collaborative marketing project, the more people and business use their system the more everyone benefits. (If you are a REALTOR, this is a great complement to your ActiveRain participation.) It features:
A customizable RePage. A unique, public URL. A fantastic way to advertise listings using their tour system. An easy-to-use virtual tour feature. (3 comments)

When potential customers are visiting a real estate agent's Web page, they are looking for information. If you can provide that information by linking to information sources such as NewQuestCity.com or posting the information directly on your page, agents can set themselves apart from their competition. One of the key pieces of information that potential homebuyers are often looking for is schools. This includes private schools, public schools, universities and colleges, and even trade schools. While this is readily available on NewQuestCity.com, they also allow you to place coding on your page to that visitors can at least get lists of (5 comments)

Consider this. You've faithfully made your mortgage payments on time for 27 years. Your job income or your business profits have been pretty steady and reliable. Your credit scores have been great. In fact, for years your mailbox has been full of pre-approved credit card solicitations and offers from your local car dealers telling you that you can afford the most expensive cars on their lots. And then all of a sudden in September 2008, like a bunch of lined up dominoes, US banks begin to tumble one after the other. The news has been all about billion dollar bailouts. HR (4 comments)
