Real Estate Cafe - Breaking Free From The Giant.  I did it... I finally took a leap of faith and started my own Real Estate Company, leaving the huge franchise (RE/MAX) behind.  Nothing bad to say about RE/MAX.  Some of my best professional years were with them.  But, it's time for a change.
