Does anybody really know what TIME it is? - 03/08/09 03:26 AM
I was watching the 11pm news this evening and realized I almost forgot to turn my clocks forward an hour tonight. I am not looking forward to losing an hour of sleep. But, I guess gaining an hour more of daylight is not a bad trade-off.
So, it's TIME to CHANGE... your clocks, that is!

An interesting article appeared today on the MSN home page entitled; "7 Tips to Sell Your Home in a Crowded Market." One of the suggestions, for sellers who live in a neighborhood where there are many other homes for sale, is to have a "joint Open House." I have participated in something like this a couple of times with other Agents from other offices who represent sellers in the same neighborhood. We held a progressive Open House, where each house provided a different "entree/food." All of the agents shared in the cost of advertising an Open House Map in the newspaper. The Value of a Graphic Artist... - 03/01/09 09:12 PM
Here it is... my new company logo! After a short debate and a little marketing survey, I decided it was best to undergo a quick logo makeover. When I started the company (Real Estate Cafe) I asked a vendor to help me design a logo. The coffee cup was always the central theme for the logo (as I absolutely love coffee). The curly cue steam coming out of the top of the cup was another important whimsical feature. But, the positioning of the words seemed to be the biggest issue. After re-evaluating the 1st logo (below), I found that a few people were reading it as Real Cafe … (4 comments)
