I have investd a fair amount of money into my website, and I believe it is pretty cool. It is designed so people will leave a trail of contact information as they cruise the site. I have gotten many compliments on it over the last year. Last March I contracted a company to help boost my search engine rankings. 6 months later I am ranked in the top 10 for several popular search phrases on Google. The grand result of this investment is just as many leads as when I was ranked 100th : ZERO.

I am considering doing away with the big expense of my website and having a smaller one. I am curious: What are your results from your web site? Is it a worthy investment for you? Thank you for your input.

No Magic Pill
Gregg Tepper (Prudential Gardner)
I have only been selling real estate for one year, and by many standards I have been blessed. However, I have come to the conclusion (and my opinion may change in the future) that there is no magic formula to selling one's listings. Each…
Getting to Know Foreclosures
Gregg Tepper (Prudential Gardner)
I am a realtor. With foreclosures on the rise I am working my way to get to know banks and secondary mortgage lenders better so I can list their repo's for sale. One mortgage friend I have in particular said it might be the attorneys who choose…
