Thanks for all the great comments about my first attempt at blogging and the great comments about Ocean Shores its appreciated.

Today its sunny and 'warm' as far as beach weather goes, yesterday they had a kite competition on the beach and what a wonderful sight! Makes us remember why we live here other than the Pacific Ocean.

Why is it when we have great weather clients are off doing something else? But let the storms come in and people flock to buy property? Since most of our business is secondary home purchases and sales we see most of our buyers on the weekends and according to MJ McDermott on channel 13 we haven't had too many sunny weekends this year. But selling at the beach is fun and meeting and making new clients & friends is reason enough to love what we do.
