We just listed a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in Peppertree on Siesta Key Beach. It is amazing what a difference afew years makes. Prices have changed dramatically. In 2005, this exact unit was listed for $965k. For 2008, we are listing the unit at $599k.
