It all started back in May. At some point the thermostat went from warm to broil almost overnight. We suffered but continued to show houses in stride. After all, with low rates buyers were out there. Sweat rings became socially acceptable.

The less said about July and August the better. There were MANY days I would come home and take a shower between my morning and afternoon business. One of the things I enjoyed about teaching was the sense of schedule. Syllabus the first night, lecture for a while, presentations, then a final exam.
