Good Day
Well here we are, just as a re-cap we started signing up with companies about 60 days ago. We have filtered through the BPO mills and companies that issue REO Listings. We have had a wide variety of different BPO on both the commercial and residential side. This has been a great experience and we have learned a ton about our market and the future coming. OK, so the journey continues. We are getting BPO's from several companies at this time, commercial and residential. When we first started signing up to these companies, we were only getting orders from one company. Now we get 1-3 companies a week calling us personally and asking us if we can get them done or rush them. Now we had to ask ourselves, do we really want them (some are very rural and very unique properties). We figure hard work pays off so we take them all. 90% of them are slam dunks, we are in one of the foreclosure capitals … (8 comments)
