There's no getting around the power of the Internet and how your website can generate you money but let's not forget the importance of your yard sign. According to NAR they put the yard sign as a 63% influencer on the home purchase and it does much more than that. If you are working a specific farm area you're putting the residents and other agents on notice that you are the expert here.
