I actually saw him a number of times the last 6 years since we moved to the valley.
First time, we locked the car doors. Just were not sure what to expect from what looked like to be a crazy man.
Then, when we drove by his favorite intersection, we would roll down the windows to catch "THE WORD". He was a real 'STREET PREACHER'.
Robert Disbrow was 56 when he died of cancer recently. His cancer spread to his bones and organs. He stayed the last few months in assisted living and hospitals.

Ok, so when I see a cool feature that has some intelligence behind it, I have to share it.
The Phoenix Metro Light Rail line started with a 20-mile set of tracks in December 2008. Probably the newest in the country. And it cost an average $70 million a mile to build and install.
