transit oriented development: Transit Oriented Development Opportunity at TriCity Pavilions in Mesa, Arizona - 03/26/10 04:22 PM
A company interested in Transit Oriented Development should at lease consider the 12.9 acre site located adjacent to the light rail station located at Sycamore/Main Street. The property is located near Safeway and the largest Park & Ride Lot. The price is $12 - $15 per square foot for the land.
As the development continues in the light rail corridor, transit oriented development is a strong reason for large developers to bank this property for future use. Existing businesses include a new Asian theme shopping center and the East Valley Institue of Technology (EVIT).
