We are in the home stretch of a busy summer here at CB Leesburg. The July closings for our office were the best we've seen in nearly a year. Hopefully this is further evidence that the market is turning for the better. Activities have been moving along nicely in spite of vacations and time off. Earlier this week we held a workshop at our office lead by Tara Winfree, our regional marketing coordinator, on advanced applications of Postlets and Craigslist. I found the following story to be pretty interesting, and not without application to the current state of real estate. While our market continues to improve every month, we still have to challenge ourselves to find new and creative ways to conduct business.The Square Watermelon - Shift Your ParadigmJapanese grocery stores had a problem.
