Well the year is almost to a close. I must admit that I am delighted to see things have stayed busy in our office during the holiday season. Typically, real estate offices tend to be ghost towns during the final two weeks of December. This has not been the case here at CB Leesburg. The office has been buzzing. Attendance at recent trainings has actually been great. This morning I received an email from one of our newest agents, Karen. Events, Events, and More Events - 12/15/08 08:29 AM
As the year comes to a close, it has been a hectic and busy December. Just this past week we had 6 consecutive days with training events and workshops, straight through the weekend, capped off by our annual office Holiday Party at Wendy Cain's home in Hamilton. Monday morning was our weekly productivity session. Tuesday Maureen Dabkowski lead a workshop on working with Expired Listings. Wednesday's action workshop focused on business planning for 2009. Thursday, Harry Yazbek with our title partner Mid-Atlantic Title taught a free CE class on title insurance. Friday's tool time session focused on Toolkit. Toolkit is a … (0 comments)

Arts in Offices - 12/03/08 04:22 PM
I'm excited to announce Coldwell Banker Leesburg's participation in the Loudoun Arts Council's Arts in Offices program promoting the development of artistic expression throughout Loudoun County. The Arts in Offices program partners local artists with area businesses, giving visual artists the opportunity to show and sell their work. Our involvement in this program is one of many new initiatives we are working on at CB Leesburg focused on our continued and growing involvement in our local community, both in Leesburg and Loudoun County. -Brian
