This should be an Easy one...Right? But I just got off the phone with the NC Real Estate Commission, and the answer met my expectations, but with a Little Twist. 1) You have to be 18 Years old to Sign a Legally Binding Contract. 2) But you can be as old as you want, to actualy Buy a home...... from 0+. If you have got the cash, you can leagally own real property in NC. 3) You must be at least 18+ in order to get a mortgage, some banks have the requirement of being at least 21+. But the

cary nc: Wake County, NC 2008 Property Tax Rates - 02/07/09 03:21 PM
Wake county in 2008 raised the Property Values on their residents home, but they also lowered the Tax Rates across the County and many of the Cities also lowered their Tax Rates as well. This in effect lowered the Wake County Residents Tax Liability on almost everyones home. Here are the 2008 Tax rates. The 2009 Rates will not be out until late spring, early summer. I think as Realtors, it is our responsibiltiy to give back to our community. If you look at from the out side in, the community give us our business. Here are some ideas that I have done for my community to give back. I also welcome your feedback to give me additional ideas to give back as well. 1) 4th grade foresters - with this program, we donated over 100 trees to the program and then the program sends these trees to a local school on our behalf and gives them to the students. Many People want to know what the market is doing the Cary, NC area. Here are the stats right from the MLS. The Cary, NC market is one of the best markets in the country, however, buyer confidence is still down. I think it is uncessarily so, but here are the facts based on the past 2.5 months (May 1, 2008 - July 14, 2008). The market is perfect for buyers and the stats below show this very well. This chart describes the fact that if no more homes come on the market, and the homes currently on the market sell at the current, it will take "6.9"
