harnett county: Harnett County NC Absorbtion Rate - 12/31/08 01:54 PM

harnett county: Harnett County, NC Market Stats - 08/29/08 10:22 AM

Harentt County is hurting a little bit. This is due in part to the large amounts of development that went on in 2007. It was over developed with higher priced homes. With prices coming down in areas closer to Raleigh, it is hard to get buyers into Harnett county. Also there a tons of Forclosures in Harnett County at this time as well.
