I often come across customers via the internet.  I also meet many customers  in person at social events, open houses, etc.  I find that most of the consumers that I come into contact with have conducted some previous research regarding their real estate needs on the web and/or through contact of those involved with the real estate industry.   Of those customers that I speak to, I often find that very few are aware of real estate agent representation and agency relationships.  I believe that this is a very important topic that consumers need to be aware of.
