FHA ADVISES:

Holden Beach is a sleepy little island community, filled with a fabulous mix of homes located on the ocean, canals, Intracoastal Waterway and interior sites within easy access of the strand which is waiting for the consumer to recognize the time is now for purchasing the dream home whether it be for a second home or a full-time residence beside the sea!  Of interest, also, is that home site pricing has fallen into the 50% mark of the 2005 market.  One would be hard pressed to locate any coastal area as unique as this.  Take time to investigate.  We welcome you!
