In Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Jupiter and throughout Palm Beach County we are all looking for a healthier real estate market --- sellers, buyers, Realtors, mortgage brokers.
It almost seems like getting there is akin to turning around a battleship in a very narrow canal.
But we are seeing signs of a turn -- even though it is quite slow.

Home prices in Palm Beach Gardens' communities of Ironhorse and Steeplechase sustained double digit declines during the first six months of 2007 compared with the similar time period in 2006.
Ironhorse is an intimate, full amenity country club in Palm Beach Gardens/West Palm Beach sitting adjacent to the magnificent Loxahatchee Nature Preserve.
