There are about 190 homes on the market in Ibis Country Club, near Palm Beach Gardens, with some extraordinary deals available to savvy buyers.
There are bank owned townhomes in the community priced right around $100,000, with one at $99,900 and a couple priced at or below $105,000.
Sales figures in Ibis through late September, 2010 are a bit below last year even though prices continue to decline. About 57 homes have sold in Ibis through late September.  Homes priced at or below $400,000 are averaging $106 per square foot an eight percent decline in price from 2009.  And homes priced above $400,000 averaged $183 … (0 comments)

Homes in Palm Beach Gardens area Ironhorse Country Club continue to sell well as prices decline throughout the community.
Fron January through the latter part of September 2010 17 homes sold in Ironhorse averaging $137 per square foot, a 13 percent decline from 2009 prices.  There are 32 homes on the market in Ironhorse ranging from the low $200,000's to over $1 million.

Palm Beach Gardens home prices and sales remained flat in August, 2010 compared with a month earlier giving buyers continued opportunities to sign great deals throughout the area.
The median price of a single family home in Palm Beach County has fallen where it was in March 2003, at  $227,800, about 46 percent below the peak level of $405,000 experienced in June 2006, according to statistics from the Florida Realtors Association.  Sales of single family homes dropped slightly in August from 802 in July to 793 in August.

PALM BEACH GARDENS' STEEPLECHASE HOMES ARE SELLING AT REDUCED PRICES - 09/13/10 12:49 PM
Homes in Palm Beach Gardens' premiere estate community of Steeplechase are selling well in 2010, but at prices lower than have been seen in many years.
Through mid-September, nine homes have sold in Steeplechase compared with just two homes sold in all of 2009 and nine homes sold throughout 2008. 
Prices continue to fall in Steeplechase, although the rate of decline is slower than in other communities.  The nine Steeplechase homes sold through mid-September 2010 averaged $207 per square foot, including two tear down houses.  Without the tear down's the remaining seven homes averaged $224 per square foot, a nine percent … (0 comments)
