Home prices in the Palm Beach Gardens area country club of Ibis continued to decline through the third quarter of 2011 as sales increased. This is a mirror image of homes sales and prices throughout Palm Beach County.
Through September, 2011 there were 77 homes sold in Ibis compared with 71 sold during all of 2010. But prices continue to tumble, a bit faster for homes priced at or below $400,000 than for those in higher price brackets.

More than 250 homes were sold in Palm Beach Gardens area communities through late April 2010 with about 58 percent of them priced under $300,000.
The number of homes for sale in Palm Beach Gardens is slowly decreasing with about 1400 single family, townhouses and condos on the market at the end of April. More than half of those properties on the market are priced at or below $300,000 making ownership affordable to more people.
Buyers are taking advantage of prices not seen since 2003.
