The second quarter of 2015 is behind us and it is time to take a look back at the Braemar real estate market and see how our condo values did between April and June. With only one sale in the first quarter of 2015, things have to have picked up. So without further delay, let's get to it.

Summer is officially here...or at least it feels like it since the Braemar pools opened. It didn't even occur to me to get my pool pass, and more importantly, my guest pass. When I accompanied my young house guests to Clareybrook Park on Sunday, it was hard to explain why we couldn't go inside where everyone was splashing and having fun. Lesson learned. Get pool passes!
Enough about the beginning of summer. Let's talk about the beginning of spring and what it meant to the Braemar townhouses in this edition of the Braemar Townhouse Report.

When we first entered spring, I don't know about you, but I thought I might have lost a couple of trees and some flowers in my garden due to the brutal winter temps. There were some late bloomers, but they all made it and are now coming out in vibrant color. It's so nice to see Braemar in bloom.

Having a Braemar townhouse listing during the snow storms, I know how glad all Braemar townhouse owners must be that the snow is behind us. Even though not much is blooming, after the harsh winter we had, just having temps in the mid-50's and low 60's feels like spring in Braemar.
