This very cold and blustery Sunday, I am on overload. And for once, it's not because of the real estate market. My first time buyers and short sale sellers are taking a breather today, so I get one too. That's a welcome change for a Northern Virginia real estate agent. So what's got me on overload? Today was an off balance day in the life of this Gainesville, VA short sale agent. Mentally, I'm in holiday mode. All my clients are tucked in with their contracts until next week.
