Kingsbrooke Single Family Home Report:  June 2014
Nothing like waiting until the last day of the current month to tell you what's going on in Kingsbrooke's real estate market.  This has certainly been a busier summer than I would have guessed it would be, hence the reason for the tardy report.  So let's get down to it and see what happened with single family home values in Kingsbrooke in June.  We will make our comparisons to last month (May 2014) and last year (June 2013.)

Kingsbrooke Townhouse Report:  March 2013
Spring has finally sprung in Bristow.  To be honest, I thought we might just have twnety-four to forty-eight hours of spring when we seemed to jump from one temperate spring day into summer-like temperatures in short order.  Thankfully, that is not the case and Kingsbrooke residents actually get to enjoy a spring season.
Now that we are in April, we have the opportunity to look back on Kingsbrooke townhouse sales from the month of March.  We'll make comparisons to our last report (February 2013) and last year (March 2012) to get an idea of where the … (3 comments)

Kingsbrooke Single Family Home Report:  March 2013
I hope that all the residents in Kingsbrooke are enjoying the lovely spring weather.  It's a wonderful sight to see the lawns greening up, trees sprouting leaves and flowers blooming.  The familiar sound of lawn mowers can also be heard on the weekends.  Maybe you're starting to smell folks cooking on the grill.  It's great, isn't it?

kingsbrooke realtor: Kingsbrooke: A Sought After Bristow, VA Community - 06/03/10 07:28 AM

Bristow, VA's community of Kingsbrooke is a collection of varying size homes, built between 1992 and 2002.  You can find larger single family homes, more modest single family homes, townhouses with and without garages, and even townhouse-style condos in Kingsbrooke.  There is something in this community for virtually every Bristow buyer.

This Bristow short sale (listed for $399,000) offers something for the patient short sale buyer that many short sales don't:  pre-settlement occupancy.  While you wait the required time for short sale approval, the home owners will be happy to let you move in once pre-settlement occupancy terms are negotiated.  There is no danger of this home going to foreclosure either.  The home owner is not delinquent on mortgage payments.
