The Braemar Property Value Report for Carriage Series homes is complete. This includes your home if it has a detached garage, or parking, in the rear of your home. The four floor plans in the Carriage Series single family homes are Maplewood, Norwood, Oakdale and Parkdale.
Throughout the market slow down, Carriage Series homes remained in high demand. For little more than the price of a townhome in the area, homebuyers have capitalized on the chance to have single family home privacy and space with these houses.

The numbers are in! Carriage Homes (those single family homes with detached garages) in Braemar, are still slightly above the curve for Prince William County in Average Sales Price.
From March 2007-March 2008 the average sales price for a single family home in Prince William County, according to NVAR (Northern Virginina Association of Realtors), has fallen 27%.
According to the Braemar Property Value Report, Carriage Homes have lost only 16% in the last twelve months.
Right now, the average sales price of a Carriage Home in Braemar is $333,725, while it was $397,095 one year ago. The better news is that … (5 comments)
