How many homes does a Bristow buyer have to see to find THE ONE?  Depends on the buyer.  In this case, my Buyers saw twenty-two single family homes from Bristow to Haymarket, hitting Gainesville in between.  Having lived in Bristow for the past seven years, they really wanted to stay in the area, so when we saw lucky number twenty-two, the decision was made.  This was meant to be their home.

I think it's safe to say that Bristow is officially done with winter.  Making that prediction at the end of February would've made this life long Northern Virginian a little nervous.  I am familiar with the wrath that Mother Nature can throw our way in March.  Howver, things seem to be a lot milder than they've been for the past few years.
