family ties: My First vacation In I Cannot Remember How Long - 10/07/08 01:30 AM
Finally, on Wednesday I am taking a much needed break from work. My husband, son and I are heading to Fort Wayne, IN to visit my husband's family and my older twin brothers. In preparing for our trip I have been reflecting on the last year or so and everything that has happened since last May.Last May my husband's niece was getting married in Colorado Springs. Today was the annual picnic for Wal-Mart DC 7013 in Casa Grande, AZ. My husband, Rick, is a receiver there as well as a licensed real estate agent with my company.He and I took 2 of our nieces, Keely and Gabriella "Sissy", to the picnic along with our son Austin and my mother Kathy.

So those of us with children all have those favorite moments with our kids as they are growing up...some of them may not be happy memories, but they are still remarkable in there own way.I have a story to tell about my son, Austin, when he was in Kindergarten.
