I know most people are not excited about MeMe's, but I am excited to actually get one. I'll have to let you know later if I actually liked writing the post for the MeMe.

Last night I took my son to a school dance at Toltec Middle School and stopped afterwards for gas. My husband was pumping the gas and I happened to notice what a beautiful sunset and view there was. The first two pics were actually taken from the parking lot of the gas station and the second set are from the drive home.I love sunsets and just wanted to share the beautiful views. Today has been a very interesting day to say the least and I can honestly say like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz "There's no place like home". I am so happy to be home, but it seems like everything is just not going to well today. We flew in last night from Indianapolis after driving from Fort Wayne. Back home in Arizona the clouds are not usually out too much and usually when they are I never have have my camera handy. I rushed home one day from work since I noticed the clouds were out and by the time I arrived it was too dark to get the clouds. While I have been away, visiting Indiana and relatives, I have been taking plenty of cloud pics...that way when I want to have my head in the clouds I'll have plenty around.

My husband and I used to live in Fort Wayne, In and moved away in April 2002...not long after the tragic events of 9/11 so it is very easy to remember. During the time we have been gone so much has changed that whenever we come here for vacation we spend quite a bit of time driving through the city and surrounding areas to see what all has been changed. Halloween is looking a little bleak this year.Kids are going to have to walk a lot farther to find the houses with candydue to all of the foreclosures and the rising vacancy rate.I received this photo in an email today and thought it was cute.It also struck me as fairly accurate. While attending a company picnic with my husband I found the clouds in Arizona. We were starting to get a storm coming in and had to end our day at the park and picnic early to avoid being rained on.
The 2 pictures look very similar except the one below has the ray shining through.I like that picture.
