Calgary MLS Stats: Sales off 40%

Calgary MLS Stats - November 2008

Stats released by the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) this week revealed the world economic downturn took its toll on Calgary MLS sales in November. Metro Calgary sales (which includes all Calgary SF homes and condos) totaled only 954 units, off 40.1% from the same period last year. The average SF house sold for $435,471 in November, off 5.8% from a year ago.
