"When is the Christmas Tree Lighting in Downtown Albany?" Your kids have probably shouted this to you in the past week if you live in Albany, OR. Well, so you can be informed and answer something other than, "I don't know!" the next time they ask, it's December 3rd, 2011 at 5:15pm after the 4:30pm “Twice Around the Block” Christmas parade. There will be all kinds of great Christmas things going on and the local downtown store owners will be having their window displays out as well.
