While you are sitting there eating your dinner in front of the television watching your Tivo'd episode from the day, night, or week before and your dining room is left in

Good Morning America! Did you hear what GMA reported on their show this Tuesday morning about the real estate market? If you did not see the show, please make sure to take a look at their clip Good News for the Real Estate Market. We are starting to see a change in the housing market in the Plymouth and Barnstable county area. The inventory levels have declined and houses are going under agreement. If you went out and polled a few Realtors, you would have different opinions on whether the real estate market has truly reached bottom. As a buyer, what does

For other buyers, it has been a process much like that of the cycle of the butterfly. It started with an egg... The idea of purchasing a home was there, but they were not quite ready or in a position to act upon their intentions. As in real estate, the

barnstable county buyers agent: Buyer's Agent - Are You Really? - 01/23/09 09:35 AM
You call yourself a Buyer's Agent, you have your "Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement" signed and you are protected if that client purchases a property with or without you. Good job! When you take on a full-time, or part-time job that interferes with your ability to perform the duties that you have contractually agreed to provide to your client, could you be violating that contract? Under Paragraph 3
