Plymouth Rock Studios forms another alliance. The New England Institute of Art is joining with Plymouth Rock Studios to train the people that will fill the jobs created once the studio opens.They are calling this project "College on the Lot." As mentioned previously it is anticipated that there will be an estimated 2,000+ jobs and The New England Institute of Art will be taking on the task to train the talent pool.There will be a series of eight workshops that will focus on areas of film making, animation and audio. The Long and Winding Road to Hollywood East? There still are some curves ahead before this project is finalized and Plymouth Rock Studios builds their studio complex on the Waverly Oaks Golf Course.
According to an article written by Kathryn Koch titled On the Road Again, there is much to be done with town, state and environmental approval before the green light is issued.
