1,071 homes expired in the past six months and that number does not include condos, multi-families or homes that were for sale by owner. Sadly, the numbers are much higher. Were you part of the statistic?

While on the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer this past weekend,we came upon this beautiful surprise.It was showing all it's hot "pink" glory in honor of the event. Does anyone know the name of this tree? I believe Kimo Stowell has solved the mystery of the flowering tree.Thank you Kimo.It may be a variety of the Hawthorn Tree. Most of the photos I could find show white flowers, it could have been grafted with another tree, not sure. It is a very beautiful tree.

I was watching Good Morning America this morning, enjoying my morning cup of coffee, when the following statement caught my attention. "Stopping a bank or mortgage company from foreclosing on your home may be as simple as these three words."
I had to watch to find out and was very surprised to learn this tidbit of information. Perhaps it can help you or someone you know that was unaware of this technique. So, your house didn't sell. Now what? You're angry, you DO NOT like Realtors, and you are still in a position of having to do something to get your house sold! Additionally, you are absolutely sick and tired of the phone ringing only to have a Realtor on the other end of the line. Most of them telling you how great they are and that they can sell your house. Perhaps in 70 days or less! Or, even better, if they can't sell your home, they will step in and buy it.
